*** IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!!! ***

We are now open! However, we have limited hours for the next few weeks as we settle into our new routine of different policies and procedures.

Here is a rundown on the changes you need to know:

  • PLEASE don't show up early for your appointment. We have the schedule arranged to ensure social distancing.  And because of that, PLEASE DON'T BE LATE! If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule you.
  • Please don't bring anyone with you to your appointment (care-givers are excluded).
  • At this time, we have had to remove all water, tea, and magazines. You are more than welcome to bring your own!
  • We are spending a lot of time wiping down surfaces, disinfecting the rooms in-between patients, and multiple cleanings of the bathroom. This is done daily.

Here's what to expect when you arrive:

  • Unless you have PTSD or a Lung disorder, per CDC guidelines we need you to show up in  a mask. Due to my asthma, I am unable to wear a mask.
  • We need you to read and sign a COVID-19 Questionnaire Form.
  • You will have your temperature and pulse-ox taken.
  • You will need to remove your shoes before entering the treatment room.
  • You will need to use hand sanitizer several times while you're here. It is located at the elevator (1st and 2nd floor), the bathroom,  in every treatment room, and in the waiting room.
  • As much as we've missed all of you, we need to limit conversation so our time in the room together is limited.
  • Communication is key! If you have problems, concerns, or unsure about something, please ask us!

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY.........If you feel sick, are running a temperature, or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, PLEASE CANCEL your appointment!

Better Health Starts at the

River of Health Acupuncture Clinic!

Welcome -

Having evolved over thousands of years, acupuncture is one of the oldest, continually practiced, medical modalities in the world. A treatment involves the insertion and manipulation of flexible, hair-thin needles at specific points along the body's meridian pathways. These are the channels through which the body's energy is thought to flow. Acupuncture is a safe, effective, and chemical-free way to promote the body's remarkable self-healing abilities. It is used to relieve pain, balance mood, enhance athletic performance, increase fertility, improve overall health and wellness, plus the list goes on and on! Not only do we offer Acupuncture, but we also offer Massage!

Welcome -

We do have extra parking plus handicap access located behind the building. The elevator is not far from the back door.

"Let your food be your medicine"
said Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine,
who compiled a list of over four hundred
herbs and their uses. Herbs, spices and
other nutritional substances are the
oldest form of medicine known to man.

While modern or "allopathic" medicine
is barely a century old, the practice
of natural medicine using nature as
a pharmacy can be traced back
through all of the ancient civilizations.
