Fees/Payment:
Payment is due at time of treatment. We accept local checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. You can use Flex Plan dollars or Health Savings account money (HSA or HRA)..
First-time/Patients:
Your first visit will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and about 1 hour to 1 and 15 minutes for any there after. When you arrive for your first acupuncture appointment, I will ask you to complete a comprehensive intake form. The acupuncture intake form asks questions about your current state of health, past illnesses, and family history. These questions are important because the holistic approach of Oriental medicine takes everything into account. Your current symptoms may not seem related to past health issues, but our bodies are complex landscapes and everything that happens to them leaves its mark. We have gowns available if we need you to remove clothing to access some acupuncture points on the body. Many of our patients bring shorts to change into.
Cancellation Policy:
Your time and ours is valuable. Please allow 24 hours' notice for cancellation of appointments. This allows us to schedule someone else in your cancelled time slot. Appointments cancelled without 24 hours' notice will be billed $25. Any additional appointments after first non-cancellation not canceled with in 24 will be charged at the full rate.
Personal Conduct:
ANY sexual remarks, misconduct, or advances will discontinue the appointment immediately and the full price for the service will still be owed. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
